REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Nestora Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* In the same condition as received
* Unused and unworn
* With original tags and packaging
* Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at info.nestoracreations@gmail.com. All return requests must be approved before sending items back.

If your return is approved:
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
* A 15% administration fee will be deducted from the refund
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
* Personalised or custom-made items
* Handmade paintings (unless defective or damaged)
* Framed-to-order artworks
* Cotton items
* Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
* Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
* Sale items and gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.nestoracreations@gmail.com with photos so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
